What is a shared-ride service?
A shared-ride is an economical transportation option that allows passengers, from one or more common meeting locations, to travel together to the same destination. A solution that is more convenient and environmentally friendly than driving and parking at the Train Station.

What is the cost of your shuttle?
The fare is $3.25 one way plus tax. Monthly pass will be sold for $130.0 plus NJ Tax, which is equivalent to $3.25 a ride or $6.50 a day, for 20 weekdays. This rate is based on a per person basis.

What are your hours of operation?
The shuttles begin from your residential complex at 5:30am thru 9:00am and 5:00pm thru 8:30pm, running at 10-15 minutes intervals during this time.

Do A+ Ride Shuttles operate on weekends?
No. Our shuttles operate Monday – Friday only.

Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations are required to guarantee your seat (seating based on availability). Riders with advance reservations for an entire month get priority seating.

How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure?
You can tell when you're in a secure area because the URL (Internet address shown on top of most browsers), to the left of the colon, changes from 'http' to 'https' - this is to signify that you are going from a non-secure to a secure site.

What is an Online Booking ID and how do I get one?
An Online Booking ID stores all your information on our certified secure web site so that next time you want to book an online reservation you do not have to reenter your address, telephone number, payment preference, etc.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and personal checks.

Can I get a receipt?
Yes. We will be happy to email your receipt and confirmations.

What if I have to work late or have an emergency?
A vehicle may be made available to you in an emergency circumstance, at a low cost.

Do you allow pets?
No. We don’t allow pets.

How old must I be to travel alone?
Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
